Play of the week to Dr. Nicole Martin, who did a masterful job of presenting and fielding questions at the joint surgery-pediatrics M&M.

Additional play of the week for two residents who were acknowledged by the Dean of USU's update for their presentations at AMSUS. Dr. Marianna Caballero and Pediatrics Chair COL Pat Hickey presented “Hospitalizations of Military Children Living Abroad.” While, LCDR Betsy Madison and Dr. Taylor Meyers presented “Combatting Childhood Obesity in Military-Connected Youth: Closing Knowledge Gaps with a Novel Curriculum”

Congratulations to NCC Peds Alumni Dr. Nelson Vick, who won the Class of 2025 Outstanding Clerkship Faculty Award. Great work Nelson!
