Annual Events
Hail & Farewell Party
Our first event of the academic year includes a picnic where we meet the incoming interns and bid our final farewell to our recently graduated class.
Fall Retreat
Typically in September/October of the year, residents have a Friday off to do a team activity followed by a MMOC topic discussion.
Past activities include: high ropes course, Top Golf, and scavenger hunt
Holiday Party
The entire NCC Peds Program comes together for one night to celebrate the holidays. Residents will get the night off to enjoy and compete in the annual cookie contest.
Spring Retreat
Residents will have a full weekend off in the Spring to spend with one another and foster team-building.

Resident Class Retreats
Each class has a yearly retreat experience of their own with a day and call-free night to be able to meet together for team-building.
End of the Year Party
Our final event involves celebrating the last academic year and our graduates. Various awards are given and we look back at the year with a slideshow.
